Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing or using seyferttec.com and any of its subdomains, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and commit to complying with them. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Seyferttec LLC (a U.S.-registered company) is the operator and rights holder of the platform. Local operation and support in the Dominican Republic may be provided by Beagle Group SRL, depending on the service.

2. Definitions

• Services: The set of products and functionalities offered by Seyferttec under the main domain and its subdomains.
• User / Client: Any natural person or entity that accesses and/or uses the Services.
• Account: A profile associated with a User for authentication, purchases and access to features.
• Verticals / Subdomains: The specialized business areas: esim.seyferttec.com, legal.seyferttec.com, tracking.seyferttec.com, loan.seyferttec.com.

3. Services and Subdomains

The platform is structured into verticals:

• eSIM: International mobile data connectivity with QR-based activation (data plans depending on the selected package).
• Legal: Document and case workflow management. This is not legal advice and does not replace licensed counsel.
• Tracking: GPS / telemetry tracking for fleets and field teams, subject to hardware and network compatibility.
• Loan: Loan management and financial reporting tools. This is not a bank and does not constitute credit issuance to the general public.

Some functionality may require integration with third parties (for example: payment gateways, telecom providers, mapping services, email / notification services).

4. Accounts and Eligibility

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts in cases of abuse, fraud or violation of these Terms.

5. Purchases, Payments and Billing

• Payments are processed through trusted third-party providers (for example, Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers on our own servers.
• Prices, fees and applicable taxes are displayed prior to purchase and may vary by country / currency.
• We issue electronic receipts or invoices. Please retain your confirmations.
• Orders may be subject to anti-fraud checks and regulatory compliance.

Important: Purchases in the eSIM vertical may become active almost immediately once payment is confirmed. Because of this, they may be subject to specific refund rules (see Section 6).

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, considering:

• eSIM: No refund is provided if the plan has already been activated or used. If you were unable to activate due to a demonstrable technical incompatibility and there was no data usage, contact us.
• Digital services (Legal / Tracking / Loan): For subscription-based services, you may cancel for the next cycle. The current billing cycle is generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

7. Specific Terms — eSIM

• Requires a compatible, unlocked device that supports eSIM. You must verify OEM compatibility and supported bands in the destination country or region.
• Coverage, speed and quality depend on local carriers and roaming conditions, which can vary significantly by geography and network load.
• Most plans are data-only. If voice and/or SMS is included, it will be explicitly disclosed in the offer.
• Usage is subject to the fair-use policies of upstream wholesale providers.
• Attempted resale or fraudulent use may lead to suspension of service.

Clarification: eSIM must not be confused with iSIM (integrated SIM), which is a different technology commonly embedded in IoT-grade hardware.

8. Specific Terms — Legal

• The subdomain legal.seyferttec.com provides workflow and document management tools; it is not legal advice.
• Uploading and safeguarding documents is the User’s responsibility. We implement reasonable security measures, but we do not guarantee absolute security.
• Legal decisions must be made by licensed professionals under their own responsibility.

9. Specific Terms — Tracking

• Performance depends on hardware, GPS/GSM coverage and device configuration.
• The User is responsible for complying with any applicable privacy, labor and location-tracking laws in their jurisdiction (including notice/consent duties toward employees or third parties).
• We are not liable for indirect loss resulting from network outages, power failures or malfunction of external hardware.

10. Specific Terms — Loan

• The loan.seyferttec.com vertical is a loan management tool. We are not a bank and we do not issue loans to the general public.
• Calculations, reports and projections are estimates generated based on the data provided by the User.
• The User is responsible for complying with applicable financial, tax and data protection regulations.

11. Intellectual Property

The platform, trademarks, logos, designs, text and software are owned by Seyferttec LLC or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are not permitted to copy, modify, decompile, distribute or create derivative works without authorization.
• Content uploaded by the User remains the property of the User; however, you grant us a limited license to host and operate that content within the platform.

12. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Services for illegal activity, spam, intrusion, or unauthorized data mining / scraping.
• Do not interfere with the security, stability or availability of the platform.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data or systems.

13. Privacy and Cookies

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. The use of cookies and similar technologies is also described in that policy.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Seyferttec LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for loss of profits, data or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the User in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

16. Indemnification

The User agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Seyferttec LLC, its officers and personnel from and against any third-party claims arising from the User’s use of the Services, breach of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party right.

17. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical or business changes. Where appropriate, we will notify you through reasonable channels. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Unless otherwise required by mandatory local law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. state in which Seyferttec LLC is formed. For Users or operations located in the Dominican Republic, local requirements may also apply. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
